Smalls are usually small buds and/or “popcorn”, these are full sized buds with a LOT of STEM! I don’t think this would be considered smalls.
Smell and taste are there, a bit dry, I rehydrated it to bring some life back into it. Slight diesel flavor with a dank chlorophyll taste. This is on the lower end of the budget bulk, didn’t have many options to begin with, so it’s worth the price.
